Team power is just what it sounds like – tam building and knowledge for the troop. New Scouts learn new skills – knot tying, how to pitch a tent, cooking, the three pot cleaning method and more. It’s a great opportunity for new Scouts to earn their first rank – Scout rank. Older Scouts will also be learning new skills so they can advance to the next rank or will be conducting the training.
Team Power will be held at Camp Grimes. Parents should drop their Scout off at St. Francis Methodist Church at 5 pm on Friday, May 10. Pick up will be Sunday, May 12 at McKee Road Elementary School.
